NYC Garba For-A-Cause

Join Crank It Up A Naach for a night of garba, dandiya, and Bollywood dancing in Manhattan—all while raising money for Sakhi, a survivor-led organization supporting South Asian survivors of gender-based violence. This bigger and better celebration features live music by DJ PJ, a special performance by BollywoodFunkNYC, and delicious food available for purchase.

Highlights

  • Live DJ PJ and special performance by BollywoodFunkNYC
  • Garba & Dandiya from 6:30–10:30 PM, followed by Bollywood Party until 11:30 PM
  • Traditional Indian wear encouraged (kurtas and chaniya cholis)
  • Delicious food and drinks available for purchase (add $20 for plate + drink with any ticket)

Ticket pricing: Early Bird (before 7:30 PM) $30 | Regular (after 7:30 PM) $35 | Bollywood Dancing Only (after 10 PM) $15. All proceeds benefit Sakhi; additional donations welcome. No alcohol on premises.
